CRWA Emerging Financial Workshop - 4-16-26 at CRWA Presentations included SRF/DOLA, RWFA loans, USDA/RD programs/services, and solar funding. Jesse Baldwin of Solarise gained our attention with up to 60% available savings through rebates/tax credits on Solar projects. Sallie Clark, USDA/RD Colorado Director presented the ABC's of Rural Development. CRWA presented on Rate Studies, GIS remote sensing, and funding. GMS Consulting Engineers closed the workshop with a range of federal and state funding programs.
